Ingredients

2 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cooked ground beef (optional)

1 tablespoon butter

1/4 cup sour cream (for serving)

1/4 cup salsa (for serving)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.

In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning on the inside of both tortillas.

Place the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on one of the tortillas, making sure it’s evenly spread. Add the cooked ground beef (if using) in the middle of the cheese.

Top with the second tortilla, pressing down gently.

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet and place the prepared burrito in the skillet. Grill each side for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Once both sides are crispy and the cheese is melted, remove from heat.

Serve with a side of sour cream and salsa for dipping.
