- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup milk

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
