Ingredients
For the Fish:
- 4 white fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or halibut)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions
- Season the Fish: Pat the fish fillets dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook the Fish: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook fish fillets for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Lemon Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and zest, cook for another 30 seconds.
- Finish the Dish: Return fish to the skillet, spoon lemon butter sauce over fillets. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm with lemon slices.
