Description
This colorful and customizable Yogurt Bark blends creamy Greek yogurt with sweeteners and toppings like fruit, nuts, and chocolate for a frosty, protein-packed snack that’s as fun to make as it is to eat.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts or seeds (almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds)
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips or shavings (optional)
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper to about 1/4-inch thick.
- Top with berries, nuts, seeds, chocolate, and coconut. Press gently into the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
- Break into shards and enjoy straight from the freezer.
Notes
- Use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup for a vegan version.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer with wax paper between layers.
- Flavor variations include cinnamon, granola, mango, or kiwi slices.
