Description

Ingredients

Spaghetti:

  • 8 ounces spaghetti

White Sauce:

  • 2 cups whole milk (warm)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
