Ingredients
Spaghetti:
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
White Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk (warm)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Garnish:

Instructions
- Cook Spaghetti: Boil salted water, cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
