Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
- 3/4 cup salted butter
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 3.9 oz package Instant White Chocolate Pudding Mix (dry)
- 3/4 cup White Hot Chocolate Powder Mix
- 4 cups 1-Minute Oatmeal
Toppings
- 1 cup mini dehydrated marshmallows (divided)
- Sprinkles (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine and Boil: In a large pot over medium-high heat, melt together the butter, milk, and sugar. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil and continue boiling for 1 minute and 45 seconds to properly dissolve the sugar and slightly thicken the base.
- Mix Ingredients: Remove the pot from heat, then stir in the vanilla extract, instant white chocolate pudding mix, white hot chocolate powder mix, and oats. Add 3/4 cup of the mini dehydrated marshmallows and mix thoroughly to evenly combine all ingredients.
- Form Cookies: Using a spoon, drop large spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper. Immediately sprinkle the cookies with the remaining mini marshmallows and decorative sprinkles for added texture and sweetness.
- Cool and Set: Allow the cookies to cool completely at room temperature until they harden and set, about 20 to 30 minutes, before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use 1-minute oatmeal for texture and quick setting.
- Mini dehydrated marshmallows found in the cocoa section add chewiness and a fun look on top.
- Store the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- No baking required, perfect for hot days or quick treats.
- If mixture hardens too fast to spoon, gently warm it to soften before dropping onto wax paper.
