- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 oz white chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
For Assembly:
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 2 tablespoons water
- 24–30 ladyfinger cookies (savoiardi)
- Extra strawberries and white chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions

- Before serving, garnish with additional strawberries and white chocolate shavings.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of strawberry liqueur to the jam mixture.
- Use high-quality white chocolate for the best taste.
