Ingredients
Feta Dip:
- 8 oz block feta cheese, crumbled
 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tbsp honey
 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
 - 1/2 tsp lemon zest
 
Roasted Strawberries:
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
 - 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 - 1 tsp maple syrup
 
- fresh thyme leaves for garnish (optional)
 - toasted baguette slices or pita chips for serving
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
 - Roast Strawberries: Place halved strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and maple syrup, and roast for 20–25 minutes until caramelized.
 - Prepare Feta Dip: Blend crumbled feta, cream cheese, olive oil, honey, black pepper, and lemon zest in a food processor until smooth.
 - Assemble: Transfer whipped feta to a serving bowl, top with roasted strawberries, and garnish with thyme if desired.
 - Serve: Serve with toasted baguette slices or pita chips.
 
Notes
- You can make the whipped feta ahead of time and refrigerate it for up to 3 days. Let it come to room temperature before serving.
 - Swap maple syrup with honey if preferred, and use vegan feta and cream cheese to make it plant-based.
