Ingredients

    Watermelon Cucumber Feta Salad:

  • 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • 2 cups sliced cucumber (peeled if desired)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
