Ingredients
- 3 pounds beef chuck roast, trimmed
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the beef chuck roast.
- Season the roast evenly with salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Place the roast in the Instant Pot and pour in the beef broth.
- Secure the lid, set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 60 minutes. Allow for a natural pressure release (about 15–20 minutes).
- Transfer the cooked beef to a bowl and shred with two forks. Mix in some of the cooking juices for added flavor.
