Description

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds beef chuck roast, trimmed
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt


Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the beef chuck roast.
  2. Season the roast evenly with salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the roast in the Instant Pot and pour in the beef broth.
  4. Secure the lid, set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 60 minutes. Allow for a natural pressure release (about 15–20 minutes).
