- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add all the vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until they are tender yet crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil, and stir to combine.
- Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds (if using) and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add tofu or chicken for extra protein.
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste, adding more soy sauce or hoisin sauce if desired.
- This dish pairs well with steamed rice or noodles.
