Eggs:

6 large eggs;

Milk or Half-and-Half:

½ cup;

Cheese:

1 cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese;

Spinach:

1 cup chopped fresh spinach;

Bell Pepper:

½ cup diced;

Onion:

½ cup chopped;

Mushrooms:

½ cup sliced;

Olive Oil:

1 tablespoon;

Garlic Powder:

½ teaspoon;

Salt:

½ teaspoon;

Black Pepper:

¼ teaspoon;

Red Pepper Flakes (optional):

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil and sauté onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until softened. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
