Ingredients
Cold Brew Coffee Mixture
- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cold brew coffee, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and fully combined, creating a creamy coffee mixture.
- Fill Molds: Pour the coffee mixture into popsicle molds, filling each about three-quarters full to allow space for expansion when freezing.
- Insert Sticks: Place popsicle sticks into each mold, making sure they are stable and centered so they can serve as handles when frozen.
- Freeze Popsicles: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for 4-6 hours or until the popsicles are completely solid and ready to enjoy.
- Release Popsicles: To take the popsicles out, run warm water over the outside of the molds for 10-15 seconds to loosen them, then gently pull the popsicles out without breaking.
Notes
- You can substitute the milk with any non-dairy alternative like almond, oat, or soy milk.
- For a less sweet version, reduce the amount of sweetened condensed milk or use a sugar-free alternative.
- Ensure the popsicle sticks are firmly placed before freezing to avoid spills or misalignment.
- Frozen popsicles are best consumed within 1-2 weeks for optimal freshness and flavor.
- Use high-quality cold brew coffee for the best taste.
