Description

These Vanilla Cold Brew Coffee Popsicles are a refreshing and creamy treat combining rich cold brew coffee with the sweetness of condensed milk and a hint of vanilla. Perfect for warm days, they offer a delightful frozen coffee experience that’s easy to make and sure to energize your afternoon.

Ingredients

Cold Brew Coffee Mixture

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cold brew coffee, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and fully combined, creating a creamy coffee mixture.
  2. Fill Molds: Pour the coffee mixture into popsicle molds, filling each about three-quarters full to allow space for expansion when freezing.
  3. Insert Sticks: Place popsicle sticks into each mold, making sure they are stable and centered so they can serve as handles when frozen.
  4. Freeze Popsicles: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for 4-6 hours or until the popsicles are completely solid and ready to enjoy.
  5. Release Popsicles: To take the popsicles out, run warm water over the outside of the molds for 10-15 seconds to loosen them, then gently pull the popsicles out without breaking.

Notes

  • You can substitute the milk with any non-dairy alternative like almond, oat, or soy milk.
  • For a less sweet version, reduce the amount of sweetened condensed milk or use a sugar-free alternative.
  • Ensure the popsicle sticks are firmly placed before freezing to avoid spills or misalignment.
  • Frozen popsicles are best consumed within 1-2 weeks for optimal freshness and flavor.
  • Use high-quality cold brew coffee for the best taste.
