Description

Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (such as Oreos, finely crushed)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and flour, mixing well. Pour over cooled crust.
  3. Bake: Bake for 55–65 minutes until just set. Leave in the oven with the door slightly open for 1 hour. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
