Description

These Ultimate Nachos are a crowd-pleasing favorite, loaded with flavorful toppings and melted cheese. Perfect for parties, game day, or a fun family dinner!


Ingredients

Tortilla Chips:

1 bag (about 10 ounces)

Ground Meat:

1 pound ground beef or turkey

Taco Seasoning:

1 tablespoon

Water:

1/2 cup

Black Beans:

1 can (15 ounces), drained and rinsed

Cheese:

2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend

Pico de Gallo:

1 cup or diced tomatoes

Black Olives:

1/2 cup sliced

Jalapeños:

1/4 cup pickled

Avocado:

1 diced

Sour Cream:

1/2 cup

Cilantro:

1/4 cup chopped fresh

Lime Wedges:

for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the meat: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until the liquid reduces.
  3. Layer the ingredients: On a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter, spread a layer of tortilla chips. Top with seasoned meat, black beans, and shredded cheese. Repeat with another layer if desired.
  4. Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Add toppings: Remove from the oven and top with pico de gallo, olives, jalapeños, avocado, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
  6. Serve: Serve immediately with lime wedges.

Notes

  • You can customize toppings with corn, green onions, queso, or hot sauce.
