Description

Ultimate Bean Dip is a cheesy, creamy baked dip loaded with refried beans, zesty seasoning, and gooey melted cheese—perfect for parties, game day, or anytime snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) can refried beans
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chiles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese
  • Optional toppings: sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together refried beans, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and chopped green chiles. Mix well.
  4. Spread mixture into a baking dish and top evenly with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Top with optional garnishes and serve hot with chips or veggies.

Notes

  • Garnish with fresh herbs, jalapeños, or salsa for added flavor and color.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or crisp vegetables.
  • Try baking in mini ramekins for individual portions or swirling in hot sauce for a fun twist.
  • Store leftovers in fridge up to 4 days; freeze up to 3 months.
  • Reheat in microwave for single servings or oven for larger portions.
