A fresh, Mediterranean-inspired pizza featuring juicy chicken, creamy tzatziki, melty mozzarella, and crisp veggies, all on chewy golden naan. Quick, colorful, and flavor-packed!
Ingredients
- 2 naan breads
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 English cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
- Prepare toppings: slice vegetables and shred chicken if not done already.
- Place naan breads on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush each with olive oil, then sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese.
- Top with chicken and bake for 7–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and naan is golden.
- Remove from oven and immediately spoon tzatziki over pizzas. Top with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and herbs if using.
- Slice and serve warm with a drizzle of olive oil or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
Notes
- Use store-bought rotisserie chicken for a faster prep.
- Add crumbled feta for extra tanginess.
- To make vegetarian, substitute chicken with roasted vegetables.
