Description

A fresh, Mediterranean-inspired pizza featuring juicy chicken, creamy tzatziki, melty mozzarella, and crisp veggies, all on chewy golden naan. Quick, colorful, and flavor-packed!


Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
  2. Prepare toppings: slice vegetables and shred chicken if not done already.
  3. Place naan breads on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush each with olive oil, then sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top with chicken and bake for 7–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and naan is golden.
  5. Remove from oven and immediately spoon tzatziki over pizzas. Top with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and herbs if using.
  6. Slice and serve warm with a drizzle of olive oil or a squeeze of lemon if desired.

Notes

  • Use store-bought rotisserie chicken for a faster prep.
  • Add crumbled feta for extra tanginess.
  • To make vegetarian, substitute chicken with roasted vegetables.
