Description

Indulge in the Mediterranean flavors with this Tzatziki Chicken & Veggie Naan Pizza recipe. A fusion of Greek and Indian cuisines on a naan bread base topped with chicken, veggies, and tangy tzatziki sauce.


Ingredients

For the Pizza:

  • 2 pieces of naan bread
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded or diced chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup diced cucumber
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped kalamata olives (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or dill for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Naan: Place naan breads on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and spread tzatziki sauce over each.
  3. Add Toppings: Distribute chicken, tomatoes, red onion, oregano, feta, and olives over the naan.
  4. Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until crisp and toppings are heated.
  5. Finish and Serve: Top with cucumber, remaining tzatziki, parsley or dill, then serve.

Notes

  • Great way to use leftover rotisserie chicken.
  • Substitute naan with flatbread or pita.
  • For a vegetarian version, skip chicken and add roasted chickpeas.
