Indulge in the Mediterranean flavors with this Tzatziki Chicken & Veggie Naan Pizza recipe. A fusion of Greek and Indian cuisines on a naan bread base topped with chicken, veggies, and tangy tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients
For the Pizza:
- 2 pieces of naan bread
- 1 cup cooked, shredded or diced chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup tzatziki sauce
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ¼ cup diced cucumber
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped kalamata olives (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or dill for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Naan: Place naan breads on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and spread tzatziki sauce over each.
- Add Toppings: Distribute chicken, tomatoes, red onion, oregano, feta, and olives over the naan.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until crisp and toppings are heated.
- Finish and Serve: Top with cucumber, remaining tzatziki, parsley or dill, then serve.
Notes
- Great way to use leftover rotisserie chicken.
- Substitute naan with flatbread or pita.
- For a vegetarian version, skip chicken and add roasted chickpeas.
