Description

Ingredients

Artichoke Tomato Salad:

  • 1 can (14 oz) quartered artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes (halved)

  • 1/4 cup black olives or Kalamata olives (halved)
  • 2 tablespoons capers (rinsed)
