Description

Ingredients

Chocolate Cookie Crust

  • 1 chocolate cookie crust (9-inch)

Caramel-Pecan Layer

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8-ounce) tub whipped topping, thawed

Additional Garnish (optional)

  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • Additional caramel sauce, chopped pecans, and mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Caramel-Pecan Layer: Spread the caramel sauce over the bottom of the chocolate cookie crust and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
