Ingredients
Chocolate Cookie Crust
- 1 chocolate cookie crust (9-inch)
Caramel-Pecan Layer
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Cream Cheese Filling
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8-ounce) tub whipped topping, thawed
Additional Garnish (optional)
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
- Additional caramel sauce, chopped pecans, and mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the Caramel-Pecan Layer: Spread the caramel sauce over the bottom of the chocolate cookie crust and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Make the Cream Cheese Filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Assemble the Pie: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the caramel-pecan layer. Drizzle with hot fudge sauce and swirl lightly.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours. Garnish with extra caramel, pecans, and chocolate chips before serving.
Notes
