Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Creamy White Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, coat evenly, and marinate.
