Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the Creamy White Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, coat evenly, and marinate.
