Ingredients
Turkey Salad Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped or shredded
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional Add-ins:
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions
- Prepare Dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Mix Ingredients: Add chopped turkey, celery, red onion, parsley, and any optional add-ins to the dressing. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
