Turkey Salad Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped or shredded
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery

Optional Add-ins:

Notes

  • Leftover roast turkey works great in this recipe.
  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt for half the mayonnaise.
