Ingredients
For the Slider Patties:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
For Assembly:
- 2 tablespoons truffle butter (plus more for topping)
- 8 mini pancakes (silver dollar size)
- 4 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 8 small lettuce leaves
- 8 dill pickle chips
- cooking spray or oil for the skillet
Instructions
- Prepare Slider Patties: Mix ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into 8 small patties. Cook in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
- Assemble Sliders: Toast mini pancakes, spread truffle butter on each. Place a patty on a pancake, top with sauce, lettuce, pickle, and another pancake. Serve warm.
