Ingredients

For the Beef Patties:

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Sliders:

  • 8 mini buttermilk pancakes (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese, halved
  • 2 tablespoons truffle butter (or regular butter with a few drops of truffle oil)
  • 8 small lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • toothpicks for serving


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef Patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into 8 small patties.
  2. Cook the Patties: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3–4 minutes per side. Top each patty with a half-slice of cheddar cheese in the last minute to melt.
  3. Prepare the Sliders: Warm the mini pancakes and spread truffle butter on one side. Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Assemble sliders with pancake, lettuce, tomato, cheeseburger patty, and sauce. Cap with another pancake.
  4. Serve: Secure each slider with a toothpick and serve warm.
