Ingredients
For the Beef Patties:
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Sliders:
- 8 mini buttermilk pancakes (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 slices cheddar cheese, halved
- 2 tablespoons truffle butter (or regular butter with a few drops of truffle oil)
- 8 small lettuce leaves
- 8 slices cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Prepare the Beef Patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into 8 small patties.
- Cook the Patties: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3–4 minutes per side. Top each patty with a half-slice of cheddar cheese in the last minute to melt.
- Prepare the Sliders: Warm the mini pancakes and spread truffle butter on one side. Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Assemble sliders with pancake, lettuce, tomato, cheeseburger patty, and sauce. Cap with another pancake.
- Serve: Secure each slider with a toothpick and serve warm.
