Indulge in the tropical flavors of mango, pineapple, and orange sherbets swirled together with a creamy coconut milk mixture in this delightful and refreshing Tropical Sherbet Swirl dessert.

Ingredients

Mango Sherbet:

1 cup

Pineapple Sherbet:

1 cup

Orange Sherbet:

1 cup

Coconut Milk:

1/4 cup

Vanilla Extract:

1/2 teaspoon

Honey (optional):

1 tablespoon

Fresh Mint or Fruit Slices for Garnish (optional):

as needed

Instructions

  1. Let the sherbets sit: Allow the sherbets to soften slightly at room temperature for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Swirl the sherbets: Gently swirl together the mango, pineapple, and orange sherbets in a mixing bowl using a spatula, ensuring visible ribbons of each flavor.
  3. Prepare the coconut mixture: Whisk together coconut milk, vanilla extract, and honey in a small bowl.
  4. Combine the mixtures: Drizzle the coconut mixture over the swirled sherbet and fold once or twice to incorporate.
  5. Chill and serve: Spoon the mixture into serving bowls or glasses and place in the freezer for 15–20 minutes. Garnish with fresh mint or fruit slices if desired.

Notes

  • You can swap in other tropical sherbet flavors like passion fruit or guava.
  • For a dairy-free version, ensure all sherbets are plant-based and use coconut or almond milk.
