Ingredients
Cookie Dough:
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
 - 1 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
 - 2 large eggs
 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 
Chocolate Chunks:
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
 - 3/4 cup milk chocolate chunks
 - 3/4 cup white chocolate chunks
 
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
 - Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
 - Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
 - Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
 - Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
 - Add Chocolate Chunks: Fold in the semisweet, milk, and white chocolate chunks.
 - Bake: Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets and bake for 10–12 minutes until set.
 - Cool: Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

- For bakery-style cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
