Ingredients
Egg Mixture:
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add tomatoes, mozzarella, Parmesan, and basil, and mix well.
