Description

This Tomato and Cheese Egg Bake is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even a light dinner. It’s packed with flavor from cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, with a hint of fresh basil.


Ingredients

Egg Mixture:

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add tomatoes, mozzarella, Parmesan, and basil, and mix well.
  3. Bake: Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 30–35 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
