Description

A quick and versatile salad dressing made with extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, sea salt flakes, and cracked black pepper. Perfect for drizzling over any salad to enhance its flavors with a fresh, tangy, and slightly sweet taste. Ready in just 2 minutes and can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.

Ingredients

Salad Dressing Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (can be substituted with white vinegar or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp sea salt flakes
  • ÂĽ tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add all the dressing ingredients to a small jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  2. Emulsify the Dressing: Seal the jar and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the dressing is fully emulsified and well combined. Alternatively, place all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk thoroughly.
  3. Serve or Store: Drizzle the dressing over 3–4 cups of your favorite salad. Store any leftover dressing in the refrigerator for up to one week in a sealed container.

Notes

  • Substitute lemon juice with white vinegar or apple cider vinegar for a different acidity profile.
  • This dressing pairs well with most green salads, including mixed greens, spinach, or arugula.
  • Shake or whisk before each use as the ingredients may separate over time.
  • Store refrigerated and use within one week for optimal freshness.
