Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)
Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, plus extra for garnish
Topping:
- Chocolate shavings or peanut butter chips for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
