Ingredients
Cake:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon almond extract

- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup whole milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and extracts: Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in almond and vanilla extracts.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
