Ingredients
Sweet Onions:
3 large sweet onions (such as Vidalia, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rings)
Butter Mixture:
1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
Cheese Blend:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasonings:
1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish:
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Prepare Onions: Separate the onion slices into rings and spread them evenly in the baking dish. Drizzle the melted butter over the onions.
- Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, combine the cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the onions.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
