Description

Ingredients

  • 3–4 large sweet onions (such as Vidalia), sliced into 1/2-inch rings

Seasonings:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cheese Layer:

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garnish:

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
