Ingredients
Steak Bites:
- 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Thickening Agent:
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak: Trim excess fat from the steak and cut into bite-sized cubes.
- Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, beef broth, garlic, ketchup, vinegar, onion powder, and black pepper.
