Beef Tips:

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
Gravy:
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening)
- 12 oz egg noodles
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Beef: Place beef, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
- Mix Gravy: Whisk together cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, thyme, and black pepper. Pour over beef.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours until beef is tender.
