Ingredients

Beef Tips:

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat or sirloin tips (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Gravy:

  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening)
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare Beef: Place beef, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
  2. Mix Gravy: Whisk together cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, thyme, and black pepper. Pour over beef.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours until beef is tender.
  4. Thicken (Optional): Stir in cornstarch slurry during last 30 minutes of cooking if desired.
  5. Prepare Noodles: Cook egg noodles as per package instructions.
