Ingredients
Creamy Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked taco-seasoned ground beef or ground turkey
- 1/2 cup finely chopped black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Wrapping:
- 5 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add cheddar cheese, taco meat, olives, green onions, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder. Combine well.
- Assemble Rolls: Spread the mixture evenly on each tortilla. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve: Slice into 1-inch pieces and enjoy cold or at room temperature.
