Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Taco Tortilla Roll-Ups are perfect for parties or as a quick snack. Creamy, cheesy, and packed with taco flavors, these pinwheels are sure to be a hit!


Ingredients

Creamy Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked taco-seasoned ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped black olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Wrapping:

  • 5 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add cheddar cheese, taco meat, olives, green onions, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder. Combine well.
  2. Assemble Rolls: Spread the mixture evenly on each tortilla. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
