- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Spice Blend:
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
Optional:
- 1 tablespoon milk for softer cookies
- Extra sugar and chai spice for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and all the spices.
