Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and milk: In a medium bowl, cream together the softened butter and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract.
- Add dry ingredients: Add flour and salt, stirring until a dough forms. Fold in the chopped nuts.
- Shape the cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
- Bake: Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until the bottoms are lightly golden.
- Coat with sugar: Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes, then roll them in powdered sugar while still slightly warm. Once fully cooled, roll again in powdered sugar for a snowy finish.
