Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Wet Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
Additional Ingredients:
- 1½ cups fresh or frozen (thawed) sweet corn kernels
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1½ tablespoons honey

- Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and smoked paprika.
- Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
