Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
- 1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
 - 1 cup chopped pecans
 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
 
Wet Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish.
 - Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, pecans, and flour.
 - Whisk Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
 - Combine & Bake: Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients, mix well, spread in dish, and bake for 30–35 minutes.
 - Cool & Serve: Once golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean, cool before slicing and enjoy!
