Caramel Sauce:

- ¼ cup heavy cream

- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- Prepare the apples: Toss the sliced apples with lemon juice.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk sugar and eggs until light. Add melted butter and vanilla.
