Ingredients
Berries:
- 4 cups mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
Greens:
- 4 cups mixed greens (such as baby spinach, arugula, and romaine)
Additional Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (toasted)
- 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint (optional)
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze or dressing
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse and Prep Berries: Rinse and gently dry all the berries. Hull and slice the strawberries if using.
- Assemble Salad: In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, berries, red onion, and mint if using.
- Dress Salad: Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then toss gently to coat.
- Final Touches: Sprinkle with crumbled feta and toasted almonds. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
