Description

Ingredients

Berries:

  • 4 cups mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

Greens:

  • 4 cups mixed greens (such as baby spinach, arugula, and romaine)

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds (toasted)
  • 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint (optional)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze or dressing
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
