- 2 1/2 cups sugar cookies, finely crushed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips or white melting wafers

Instructions

- Form Truffles: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt Chocolate: While the truffles chill, melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Coat Truffles: Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, tapping off the excess, and place back on the parchment-lined sheet. Decorate with sprinkles if desired.
- Set Coating: Let the coating set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Notes

- You can also coat the truffles in milk or dark chocolate for variation.
