Description

Indulge in these delightful Sugar Cookie Truffles for a sweet treat that’s perfect for any occasion. These no-bake truffles are made with crushed sugar cookies, cream cheese, and white chocolate, creating a decadent bite-sized dessert.

Ingredients

Sugar Cookie Truffles:

  • 2 1/2 cups sugar cookies, finely crushed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips or white melting wafers
  • sprinkles for decorating (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine crushed sugar cookies, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough-like consistency forms.
  2. Form Truffles: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  3. Melt Chocolate: While the truffles chill, melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  4. Coat Truffles: Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, tapping off the excess, and place back on the parchment-lined sheet. Decorate with sprinkles if desired.
  5. Set Coating: Let the coating set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • Use store-bought or homemade sugar cookies for the base.
  • You can also coat the truffles in milk or dark chocolate for variation.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
