Description

This festive Sugar Cookie Fudge combines the creamy richness of white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk with the nostalgic flavor of sugar cookie mix. Enhanced with colorful red and green jimmies sprinkles, this easy no-bake fudge is perfect for holiday celebrations or anytime you crave a sweet, buttery treat.

Ingredients

Fudge Base

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter

Decorative Toppings

  • 2 tbsp green jimmies sprinkles (plus extra for topping)
  • 2 tbsp red jimmies sprinkles (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to easily lift the fudge out later. Set the pan aside.
  2. Melt chocolate and condensed milk: Place white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth without any lumps.
  3. Add cookie mix and butter: Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the sugar cookie mix and melted unsalted butter until everything is combined into a smooth, consistent mixture.
  4. Incorporate sprinkles: Gently fold in the green and red jimmies sprinkles, taking care not to overmix to prevent the colors from bleeding and maintaining the festive appearance.
  5. Pour and decorate: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle additional green and red jimmies on top for a colorful, festive finish.
  6. Chill to set: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until firm enough to cut. Once set, use the parchment overhang to lift the fudge from the pan and cut into 25 small squares for serving.

Notes

  • Make sure to stir the chocolate and condensed milk continuously to avoid burning or seizing.
  • Use parchment paper for easy removal and clean cutting.
  • For variations, you can substitute the sugar cookie mix with other flavored cookie mixes.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • This fudge is perfect for gifting during holidays when cut into small squares and packaged elegantly.
