Description

Ingredients

Sugar Cookie Crust:

  • 1 package (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Topping:

  • Optional whipped cream and sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Press sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 15 minutes, then cool.
  2. Make Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add vanilla, eggs, sour cream, flour, and salt. Pour over crust.
  3. Bake: Bake for 50–60 minutes until set. Cool in oven, then chill for 4 hours.
