Ingredients
Sugar Cookie Crust:
- 1 package (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Cheesecake Filling:
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Topping:
- Optional whipped cream and sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Prepare Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Press sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 15 minutes, then cool.
- Make Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add vanilla, eggs, sour cream, flour, and salt. Pour over crust.
- Bake: Bake for 50–60 minutes until set. Cool in oven, then chill for 4 hours.
- Serve: Top with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired.
