Ingredients
Catfish Fillets:
- 4 catfish fillets
Spinach Filling:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 ounces fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Breadcrumb Topping:
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
