Ingredients
Dough:
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough or pretzel dough
Filling:
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup cooked breakfast sausage or crumbled bacon
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons milk
Additional:
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning or coarse salt
- Nonstick spray or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the filling: In a skillet, scramble the eggs with milk over medium heat until just set. Stir in the sausage or bacon and remove from heat.
- Assemble the rolls: Roll out the dough and cut into 4 equal rectangles. Place a portion of the scrambled egg mixture and shredded cheese in the center of each. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the seams to seal, forming a roll.
