Description

Indulge in the delightful taste of this easy-to-make Strawberry Shortcake Fudge. Creamy white chocolate fudge with a hint of strawberries and a crunchy Oreo topping, this no-bake treat is perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings.

Ingredients

For the Fudge:

  • 2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup crushed Golden Oreos (divided)
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt Ingredients: In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Add Mix-Ins: Fold in half of the crushed Oreos and strawberries. Pour into the pan.
  4. Top It Off: Sprinkle remaining crushed Oreos and strawberries on top, pressing gently into the fudge.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm. Cut into squares.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, add 1–2 tablespoons of marshmallow fluff.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
