Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated crescent dough or 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, plus more for dusting
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll out the crescent dough or puff pastry on a lightly floured surface; press seams together if using crescent dough.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and top with sliced strawberries.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log and slice into 1-inch rolls.
- Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
