Refreshing and naturally sweet strawberry popsicles, perfect for kids on a hot day. Made with simple ingredients and no added sugar.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- In a blender, combine strawberries, yogurt, honey (if using), water, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
- To release, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.
Notes
- You can substitute honey with maple syrup or skip it if the strawberries are sweet enough.
- Add a few strawberry slices to the molds before pouring in the mixture for a fun look.
- These can be made dairy-free by using coconut yogurt.
