Description

Refreshing and naturally sweet strawberry popsicles, perfect for kids on a hot day. Made with simple ingredients and no added sugar.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. In a blender, combine strawberries, yogurt, honey (if using), water, and lemon juice.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
  6. To release, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.

Notes

  • You can substitute honey with maple syrup or skip it if the strawberries are sweet enough.
  • Add a few strawberry slices to the molds before pouring in the mixture for a fun look.
  • These can be made dairy-free by using coconut yogurt.
