Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

Fruits:

- ½ cup finely diced mango

For Frosting:
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened, for frosting)
- 1–2 tablespoons strawberry puree or mango puree (for frosting)

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract. Gradually add dry ingredients alternating with milk.
- Fold in Fruits: Gently fold in diced strawberries and mango.
- Bake: Divide batter into liners and bake for 18–22 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- Make Frosting: Beat softened butter, add powdered sugar, mix in fruit puree until smooth.
- Frost and Garnish: Frost cupcakes and garnish with fresh fruit slices.
